Reservations Policy

1. Reservation Request

All reservations must be requested via email to:,

· All applications will be answered promptly, indicating the confirmation code and payment deadline.

· All communications (booking, modification, cancellation, confirmation, etc.) must have written answer our agreement, otherwise not valid.

· Individual FIT reservations or are considered to nine (6) passengers, also it is considered GROUP reserves from ten (7) passengers.


In any reservation the following information is essential:

- Full names of the passengers.

- Birth date

- Date of arrival and return

- Number of Passports

- Nationality of passengers.

- Hotel where they will be hosted if you already have

- Full name of the person making the reservation.


2. Confirmation and payment policy

All reservation confirmation will be made with a previous payment of 50% of total tours reserved. Sending the passenger list with the above requested data. Where you will be forwarded the booking code and the day maximum period of payment of the balance of 50%.

3. reconfirmation Reserve



Any reservation of individual passengers may be reconfirmed, making full payment of the reservation with 10 days prior to the tour start date or term that prompted on your confirmation. Also, you need to send again the passenger list was sent at the beginning of the confinement booking. Otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled, although it has been confirmed and no right to return.



The reconfirmation of a group shall be subject to the sending of the preliminary list of passengers with an advance of 40 days from the date of start of the Tour, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled, although it has been confirmed without the right to return.

Also, with 30 days before it must make full payment for the booking attaching the final list of passengers, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled, although it has been reconfirmed. A copy of the payment must be sent via email to the day set as the deadline.


4. Cancellation of Reservations

· In the case of cancellation or reduction of a reservation the following conditions will apply:

- With 20 days notice, there will be no penalty.

- Between 19 and 8 days will be charged 50% of the total reservation

- With less than 7 and 3 days you will be charged 80% of the total reservation

Less than three days if considered No Show.

· Any cancellation must be written response from our compliance, otherwise will not be considered valid.


8. Payments and Transfers


All payments must be made to our account according to the exchange rate of the day if in soles.
